瓶坯模具使用性能的好壞，熱流道是關(guān)鍵。本廠設(shè)計(jì)的熱流道，吸收了國(guó)外的先進(jìn)技術(shù)，結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)客戶的需要，采用免剪澆口設(shè)計(jì)，熱流道噴咀單獨(dú)控溫。（單獨(dú)控制的優(yōu)點(diǎn)以解決在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中所產(chǎn)生的問(wèn)題，例如底部發(fā)白、拉絲）。模具在全自動(dòng)條件下生產(chǎn)，無(wú)需員工的頻繁操作，以減少工人的勞動(dòng)力。模具的關(guān)鍵零件（型芯，型腔，口模）采用模具注腔、注芯選用瑞典原廠預(yù)熱處理**專用模具鋼（HRC45），保證了模具的使用壽命與瓶質(zhì)量（正常使用200萬(wàn)次免維修，**大**小壁厚差小于0.05mm）。并采用車削加工中心加工，保證零件的加工質(zhì)量，實(shí)現(xiàn)互配。冷卻水道的合理布置，更使得模具有較高的生產(chǎn)效率，成型周期短至15秒（需配合冷機(jī)，適合的瓶坯設(shè)計(jì)及適合的注塑機(jī)）。完全自主研制開(kāi)發(fā)的新型瓶坯模具結(jié)構(gòu),完全屏棄過(guò)去模具的大部分弊端,能夠達(dá)到模具高精度同心,高壽命,且能進(jìn)行模具各零部件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,大批量的生產(chǎn)。我們的模具保證管坯壁厚差小于0.05mm，重量誤差小于0.3g，一分鐘可出2-5模，壽命可達(dá)200萬(wàn)模次，模具**大有48腔

A. Capacity of Research and Development
Hengxin mouldhas a powerful team for research and development, which is capable of manufacturing the perform molds with one cavity to ninety-six cavities including the injection system. At the same time we can manufacture perform molds especially according to customers' injection molding machines. We also design cold parts, hot runners and other main exchangeable components to fix on the imported perform molds.
B. Mould Features:
1. Features of the perform mold. No cutting of valve gate is employed to reduce the labor cost.
2. Advanced hot runner system assures lower level of AA value.
3. Reasonable- designed cold water channels increase cooling effect and shorten the cycle time.
C. Material
1. The main components of perform molds are made of S136 material (Swe**SSAB).
2. The mold base is made of imported P20. plate method avoids corrosion efficaciously and assures long life service of the perform molds.
3. German Vacuum stove is imported for heat treatment of the components, which assures the hardness of components HRC45-HRC48.
D. Advanced Processing Equipment
Many machine tools are imported from America and Japan, such as Machine center, CNC lathers, EDM and so on. All of these increases processing precision, good interchangeability and low eccentricity≤0.10mm (perform length≤100).
